Ribbon Cutting for the New MLounge
The MProject holds a ribbon cutting ceremony for their new MLounge. The new lounge is double the size of the previous headquarters. MProject is a men's youth group providing camaraderie and activities for its membership and promotes safer-sex education.

"One Square Mile"
A documentary production crew stopped at Java Boys in Wilton Manors to shoot an episode of "One Square Mile". "One Square Mile" is a documentary series, that won a 2010 Emmy Award for Documentary, that examines a unique lifestyle within one square mile of a major metropolitan community.

Poverello Center Open House
The Poverello Center holds an open house for the community. The Poverello Center is a food bank helping to feed people with HIV/AIDS. Poverello is partially funded by its huge thrift store and hopes to be moving into its new, larger facilities by the end of 2010.
