Ribbon Cutting for the New MLounge

The MProject holds a ribbon cutting ceremony for their new MLounge. The new lounge is double the size of the previous headquarters. MProject is a men's youth group providing camaraderie and activities for its membership and promotes safer-sex education.

9/2/10-Jackson Padgett and Mark Negrette present a check to Tuesday's Angels from the "Bartenders, Briefs and Boxers" benefit held at Bill's in Wilton Manors.

"One Square Mile"

A documentary production crew stopped at Java Boys in Wilton Manors to shoot an episode of "One Square Mile". "One Square Mile" is a documentary series, that won a 2010 Emmy Award for Documentary, that examines a unique lifestyle within one square mile of a major metropolitan community.

"Broward Bares It"

8/13/10-"Broward Bares It" was a new burlesque-style show fundraiser for Broward House. Shot at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

Poverello Center Open House

The Poverello Center holds an open house for the community. The Poverello Center is a food bank helping to feed people with HIV/AIDS. Poverello is partially funded by its huge thrift store and hopes to be moving into its new, larger facilities by the end of 2010.
