6/20/09: The tenth annual Stonewall parade on Wilton Drive celebrating gay rights and the continuing battle for equality. Features the recently-out contemporary Christian singer/songwriter, Ray Boltz who now lives here in Wilton Manors, Florida.

Sidelines' Second Anniversary

Sidelines Sports Bar held its second anniversary the weekend of May 10, 2008. Immediately becoming an overwhelming success two years ago, Sidelines welcomes a clientèle of straight as well as gay, female as well as male. All that's required is that everyone has a great time. Sleazy Awards

The annual Sleazy Awards is a humorous (and sleazy) awards presentation for locals receiving the real "important" awards to the gay community. The annual show is a fund-raiser for local charities. The year's "Sleazies" were a benefit for Shadowood II which provides services for the homeless and underprivileged with HIV/AIDS.

Pompano Bill Photographic Exhibit & Holiday Shopping on Wilton Drive

The annual "Art Walk on The Drive" featured a photo exhibit by photographer Pompano Bill. This video also features a walking tour of the holiday shopping on Wilton Drive. Hosted by Robbie Chaw.

Hurricane Showdown Softball Tournment Party @ Sidelines

Sidelines Sports Bar held a party for the gay softball teams from around the United States attending 13th Annual Hurricane Showdown Softball Tournament in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

While the humans in Fort Lauderdale were watching the progress of Tropical Storm Noel, the ghosts, goblins, mummies, ghouls, zombies and yes, the drag queens were out on Wilton Drive.

Stonewall Pride Parade

Fort Lauderdale, Florida gay pride parade. Fort Lauderdale has two gay pride organizations and two gay pride celebrations each year. There is, however, only one parade a year and this is it.
